It may take a bit to set up and fully grasp, but it has lots of features that other programs don't have that make converting much easier in the long run. The script supports a bunch of other stuff, but that should be all you need for most features. And if you want the best quality DDS textures, optionally add in Compressonator. But if you want to create BC7 textures, that requires at least TexConv. To convert to DDS I use my script below, the minimum required programs is ImageMagick. Just keep in mind that if you are going for a 100% "authentic" look, some of my textures do not match the originals. Plus it would just make it easier on users in the long run to not have to install two different packs on top of each other.

I linked the PNG files so you can have the best quality versions that do no conflict with your own textures, to avoid two file names that are the same (except one is PNG and one is DDS). You can include my entire pack in yours if you wanted to. # At the end of each level during simultaneous multiplayer mode, players receive a classification based on their points, coins collected and the number of enemies defeated. You don't have to use them if you don't want to, I just wanted to say you have my full permission to include any textures from my pack in yours. # Among the new items include costume propellant, casting the character to hit the heights of the Wii Remote, or the new ability to become Mario Mario Penguin. The first player to reach a seesaw can use it to reach a higher platform, then tilted backward to let the other players can not use it. # In some areas, you can use the motion sensing Wii Remote. Can be mounted on different characters and use Yoshi’s tongue to swallow enemies or other players. # Mario, Luigi and two Toads are playable characters, but many of the Mushroom Kingdom will make their appearance throughout the game. You can help the other players, or launched directly into danger. Wii offers a combination of cooperation and competition. With the multiplayer mode, the next installment in the saga’s most famous video game promises to bring to the living room a new form of entertainment for the whole family and engage groups of friends to the frantic fun of Super Mario Bros. Travel through side-scrolling worlds alone or with up to three friends, while at the same level and at any point in the game to enjoy the title of a cooperative or competitive. Now the Wii console makes this dream possible for everyone for Christmas this year.

The developers at Nintendo have long dreamed of creating a title of Super Mario Bros.

Finally a Mario adventure of a lifetime, but with touches new.
